Konstrukteur von Sondermaschinen für Schraubautomatisierung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Entwurf und Konstruktion komplexer Sondermaschinen und Handhabungsgeräte nach Maschinenrichtlinie unter Berücksichtigung von projektbezogenen Betriebsmittelvorschriften und Freigabelisten
- Durchführung fachbezogener und technischer Berechnungen zur Dimensionierung der zu konstruierenden Baugruppen und Teile
- Technische Klärung und Abwicklung von Projekten mit unseren Kunden und Lieferanten
- Erstellung technischer Unterlagen wie Pneumatikpläne und Sensor-/Aktor Listen
- Ableitung von Zusammenbauzeichnungen und normkonforme Erstellung von Fertigungszeichnungen
- Artikelstammdatenpflege und -aufbau inkl. Stücklistenbearbeitung und Einplanung
- Aufbau- und Montagebetreuung der konstruierten Maschinen betriebsintern und vor Ort bei unseren Kunden
- Abwicklung der Abnahme der Maschine durch unseren Kunden
- Überwachung zeitkritischer Abläufe im Kundenprojekt
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung technischer Unterlagen / Dokumentation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Maschinenbaustudium oder staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d) im Bereich Maschinenbau bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von 3D CAD-Systemen, vorzugsweise Autodesk Inventor
