Projektleiter für Sonderkonstruktionsprojekte (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest Planung, Organisation und Terminüberwachung von umfangreichen Kundenprojekten
- Die kümmerst dich um die Abstimmung von Umfängen, Zeitplänen und Prioritäten mit den Kund:innen und den im Projekt involvierten Abteilungen
- Du leitest die Ermittlung, Kommunikation und Nachverfolgung von Risiken und Projektzielen sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen zu deren Erreichung
- Du führst interne und externe Kundenabnahmen im Rahmen der begleitenden Projekte durch
- Du fungierst als Ansprechperson bei kundenseitigen Projekt-, Service- und Mängelfragen laufender und abgeschlossener Projekte
- Du wirkst bei der Akquise von Folgeaufträgen mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen bzw. eine Ausbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) Maschinenbau oder eine adäquate Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sondermaschinenbau
- Du punktest mit besonderen organisatorischen Fähigkeiten und Freude am Arbeiten im Team
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Du überzeugst mit sehr gutem Kommunikationsvermögen und einer hohen Kundenorientierung
- Du zeigst die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland
- Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Resilienz
- Du hast ein gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen
